Truly speaking 2014 has been the
year of leaks so far. We have come across multiple leaks regarding Nokia
Normandy, Sony Vaio Windows phone and Google Nexus. And here we are once again
going to talk about one of the most anticipated devices of the 2014, the
Samsung Galaxy S5. According to our sources Samsung Galaxy S5 will be launched on
23rd February. First we heard that Samsung has planned to launch
this new device in March which was even backed by the VP statement. After few
days we heard Samsung has decided to launch Galaxy S5 at Mobile World
Conference, 2014 which was later turned down by a statements from a Samsung
senior representative.
According to the latest new,
Samsung will hold a special event on 23rd February in Barcelona
where they will unveil Samsung Galaxy S5. Moreover, we also heard that this new
device will be available in the market in April mid which seems to be a good
marketing tactic because at that time no other company will be launching its
flagship device and Samsung will have a great chance to cash in on this
opportunity of making good business in the market.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Specifications:
Well, we also heard that Samsung Galaxy
S5 will come out with retina scanner which was turned down by the statement
from an official. Now we know that Samsung Galaxy S5 will come with fingerprint
scanner just like iPhone 5S. This new finger print scanner will certainly help
in improving the device security and will offer a great user experience to the
people. As we know that Samsung is working on the new generation Touchwiz. So,
this is expected to hit the markets with Samsung Galaxy S5 and will follow
other devices with an update. This is indeed a great step taken by Samsung
because it is user interface which makes Galaxy series look dull in front of
HTC and Sony.
Samsung Galaxy S5 will launch in
two different versions. First one will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 805
chipset and the other will have the latest next generation Samsung’s Exynos
chipset. Moreover, Samsung Galaxy S5 will pack a 3GB RAM which means you will
be able to enjoy top notch user experience with lots of RAM available.
Moreover, you will be able to capture photos with 16 MP primary camera and 2 MP
secondary camera. It is also reported that Samsung is working really hard to
improve the IOS feature which will certainly aid in taking motion images with
great details. To add to the joy GalaxyS5 will have 3,000mAh battery and Samsung
has greatly enhanced the software to get the most out of this battery.
However, these are just few
speculations. We will have to wait till 23rd February to see what
Korean manufacturer has in store for us.
